DEI+ Consulting is a boutique consulting practice focused on diversity, equity and inclusion work in the housing ecosystem. The mission of the practice is to meet clients where they are in their DEI journey and to build a road map to improve the team member experience one conversation at a time. The goal of the organization is to help companies find that sweet spot of belonging for their teams, and to build long term strategies so the DEI is seen as “who we are” versus a special initiative.
